The Board Certified Coach Examination (BCCE) is a disciplined judgment exam designed to evaluate how you think under pressure, how you protect clients, and how you uphold the integrity of the coaching profession. It is not a knowledge-recall test.
The BCCE is a 3-hour, 120-question, vignette-based assessment structured around 12 case studies. Each vignette contains intentional ambiguity. Emotional noise is built into the scenarios to test whether you maintain ethical hierarchy, scope discipline, and relational restraint.
This preparatory course is built around the examination’s architecture and the professional reasoning model it demands. It will teach you how to:
Think like the Minimally Qualified Candidate
Apply the six competency domains under timed conditions
Install the Decision Operating System (DOS) ethical hierarchy
Recognize and avoid predictable failure patterns
Perform consistently across the full-length exam thanks to its realistic simulations
