In this policy, “BCC Exam Prep,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means BCC Exam Prep, a course offering of Unbound Education, Inc., a Public Benefit Corporation. “The Site” means https://BCCExamPrep.com.
The terms “course,” “program,” “product,” “service,” “training,” “exam-preparation course,” “practice test,” “simulation,” “community,” “membership,” “event,” or “offering” are used broadly as general terms of convenience and should not be read to exclude one another where only one term is used.
Please read this Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any BCC Exam Prep course, product, program, practice-test simulation, service, digital resource, membership, event, or other offering.
By making a purchase, enrolling in a course, entering into a payment plan, or accessing any paid offering through BCC Exam Prep, you agree to be bound by this policy.
General Refund Policy
Unless a different refund policy is expressly stated on the applicable course sales page, checkout page, enrollment agreement, order form, or written purchase terms, BCC Exam Prep offers a 7-calendar-day money-back guarantee for eligible digital courses and online programs.
The 7-calendar-day refund period begins on the date of purchase.

Your refund request should include your name, the email address used for purchase, the course or product purchased, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of the request.
If your refund request is approved, your access to the applicable course, practice tests, simulations, question banks, videos, digital materials, downloads, bonuses, community areas, certificates, and related resources may be removed.
Digital Courses, Practice Tests, and Online Programs
For eligible digital courses, on-demand programs, online trainings, downloadable educational materials, practice-test simulations, question banks, and related digital resources, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase unless otherwise stated in the applicable course-specific terms.
After the 7-calendar-day period has passed, sales are final unless a different written refund right is expressly provided for that specific offering.
Because BCC Exam Prep includes immediate access to proprietary digital materials, including course videos, exam-preparation frameworks, practice questions, vignettes, answer explanations, simulations, downloadable resources, study tools, and other intellectual property, BCC Exam Prep reserves the right to deny a refund if we reasonably believe the refund policy is being abused.
Examples of potential abuse include, but are not limited to, repeated refund requests, substantial downloading or copying of materials before requesting a refund, unauthorized sharing of access or materials, scraping or extracting practice-test content, completing a significant portion of the course, attempting or completing a substantial portion of the practice tests or simulations, accessing multiple full-length exams before requesting a refund, or purchasing and refunding multiple BCC Exam Prep products.
If a refund is issued, you agree to delete any downloaded materials from your devices, cloud storage accounts, printed files, notes, shared folders, and any other location where you may have saved them. You may not continue using, copying, teaching from, sharing, repurposing, uploading, training AI systems on, distributing, or otherwise exploiting refunded materials.
Practice-Test and Simulation Access
BCC Exam Prep’s practice tests, vignettes, answer choices, explanations, scoring tools, and simulations are proprietary educational materials.
Because these materials can be consumed, copied, saved, screenshotted, scraped, or otherwise extracted quickly after purchase, refund eligibility may be limited if you have accessed, attempted, completed, downloaded, copied, or substantially reviewed significant portions of the practice-test or simulation materials.
BCC Exam Prep reserves the right to deny a refund where platform activity indicates substantial use of the practice-test environment before the refund request was submitted.
This does not eliminate the 7-calendar-day refund window for ordinary, good-faith use. It simply protects the integrity of the course where a customer substantially consumes or extracts the core intellectual property before requesting a refund.
Live Cohorts, Events, and Time-Specific Programs
If BCC Exam Prep offers live cohorts, live online programs, office hours, workshops, events, group calls, or time-specific programs, the applicable refund, cancellation, transfer, or deferral terms may differ from the general 7-calendar-day digital product policy.
If no specific refund policy is stated for a live or cohort-based offering, the following default policy applies:
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the request is received before the first live session, event, workshop, group call, or cohort meeting begins.
Once the first live session, event, workshop, group call, or cohort meeting has begun, tuition is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
This policy reflects the fact that live and cohort-based programs require planning, reserved capacity, instructor time, administrative preparation, platform setup, and limited participant seats.
Course Completion, Certificates, and Completion Documentation
For courses that include certificates of completion, attendance records, course-completion documentation, or other participation documentation, the applicable course-specific refund and withdrawal terms will control if they differ from this policy.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the default policy is:
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the request is received before you have completed the course, received a certificate of completion, claimed completion documentation, submitted completion documentation to a third party, or used the course as part of a credentialing, continuing education, employer, professional, or educational submission.
No refund will be issued after a certificate of completion, completion documentation, continuing education documentation, or credentialing-related documentation has been issued, unless required by law or expressly approved in writing by BCC Exam Prep.
No refund will be issued solely because a third-party credentialing, licensing, certification, continuing education, employer, professional association, educational institution, or professional body declines to accept, approve, recognize, or apply a BCC Exam Prep course, certificate, training hour, document, practice-test result, or material unless a contrary refund right is expressly stated in writing in the applicable course-specific terms.
Physical Products
If BCC Exam Prep offers physical products, books, printed materials, card decks, mailed resources, or other shipped items, the applicable refund and return terms will be stated on the product page or checkout page.
If no specific product policy is stated, physical products may be refunded only if the request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery and the item is returned in substantially unused and resalable condition.
Shipping fees, handling fees, customs fees, and return shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is due to an error by BCC Exam Prep.
One-Time Refund Limitation
To protect the integrity of this policy, each customer may receive a refund for a particular product, course, or program only once.
If you purchase the same product, course, or program again after receiving a refund, the subsequent purchase is final unless BCC Exam Prep expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
BCC Exam Prep also reserves the right to deny future refund requests from customers who have previously used the refund policy in a manner that BCC Exam Prep reasonably determines to be abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with the policy’s purpose.
Payment Plans
For some courses, programs, services, trainings, memberships, or offerings, payment plans may be made available.
When you enter into a payment plan with BCC Exam Prep, you are making a commitment to pay the full stated amount in exchange for access to the course, participation in the program, use of practice-test materials, enrollment privileges, or other services, information, or benefits.
A payment plan is not a subscription that may be canceled at will unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
If you request and receive a refund within the applicable refund period, your access may be removed, and any remaining scheduled payments for that refunded purchase may be canceled.
If the applicable refund period has passed, you remain responsible for all amounts due under the payment plan, even if you choose not to participate, stop attending, fail to complete the course, do not use the materials, do not take the practice tests, do not obtain a desired score, do not qualify for the BCC credential, are not approved to sit for the exam, fail an exam, postpone an exam, choose not to sit for an exam, or decide that the offering is no longer right for you.
If any payment is not made in a timely manner for any reason, BCC Exam Prep may suspend participation, revoke access to course materials, restrict access to the learning platform, pause certificate or completion eligibility, withhold completion documentation, remove community access, disable practice-test access, or otherwise limit access until the account is brought current.
You remain responsible for all amounts due under your payment plan, including missed, declined, disputed, reversed, or failed payments.
Course Withdrawal Policy
You may withdraw from a course or program by sending written notice to:

Withdrawal means that you are choosing not to continue participating in the course or program.
Withdrawal within the applicable refund period may qualify for a refund if all refund conditions are satisfied.
Withdrawal after the applicable refund period does not automatically entitle you to a refund, release you from payment obligations, preserve course access, transfer you into a later cohort, extend access deadlines, or create a credit for future use unless such rights are expressly stated in the applicable course-specific written terms or approved by BCC Exam Prep in writing.
If a course-specific withdrawal deadline, deferral option, credit option, access-extension option, or refund schedule is provided on the sales page, checkout page, enrollment agreement, order form, or written purchase terms, that course-specific policy controls.
BCC Exam Prep may administratively withdraw a participant from a course or program for nonpayment, violation of participant conduct expectations, unauthorized sharing of materials, violation of confidentiality, misrepresentation of credentialing status, disruption of the learning environment, scraping or extracting practice-test content, misuse of course materials, or other conduct inconsistent with BCC Exam Prep’s policies.
Administrative withdrawal does not relieve the participant of outstanding payment obligations.
Failed Payments, Collections, and Access Suspension
If a scheduled payment fails, is declined, is reversed, or is otherwise not received, we may attempt to reprocess the payment using the payment method on file, contact you for updated payment information, suspend access, or take other lawful steps to collect amounts owed.
You agree to keep your payment information current and to notify us promptly if your payment method changes.
You are responsible for any reasonable costs associated with collection of unpaid amounts, to the extent permitted by law.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you dispute a valid charge, initiate a chargeback, reverse a payment, or otherwise attempt to avoid payment for an amount properly owed under this policy, BCC Exam Prep reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to courses, practice tests, simulations, materials, communities, certificates, events, and other services while the matter is reviewed.
You agree to contact us first using the information below before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Chargebacks or payment disputes do not cancel your payment obligations unless the dispute is resolved in your favor by the applicable payment processor, card issuer, court, or by written agreement with BCC Exam Prep.
Transfers, Deferrals, Substitutions, and Credits
Transfers, deferrals, substitutions, access extensions, or credits for future programs are not guaranteed and are available only if expressly stated in the applicable course terms or approved by BCC Exam Prep in writing.
Any approved transfer, deferral, substitution, extension, or credit may be subject to administrative requirements, deadlines, availability, price differences, expiration dates, or additional terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be applied retroactively.
Refund Currency and Processing
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars unless otherwise required by law or by the payment processor.
BCC Exam Prep is not responsible for currency fluctuations, foreign transaction fees, bank fees, card issuer fees, or payment processor fees imposed by third parties.
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear on your account depending on your payment provider, card issuer, or bank.
No Guarantee of Results, Exam Performance, Credentialing, Certification, Licensure, Income, or CCE Acceptance
BCC Exam Prep makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe its courses, services, exam-preparation materials, intended benefits, and educational purpose.
However, your level of success, exam readiness, study progress, exam performance, professional development, credentialing eligibility, certification outcome, continuing education acceptance, career outcome, income, business result, client outcome, or professional result depends on many individual and external factors.
Because these factors differ for each individual, BCC Exam Prep cannot and does not guarantee any specific level of exam readiness, exam performance, passing score, individual success, professional advancement, client growth, income, business performance, certification outcome, credentialing eligibility, continuing education acceptance, or other result.
BCC Exam Prep also cannot assume responsibility for your actions, decisions, omissions, professional conduct, business practices, coaching practice, client work, study habits, exam preparation, exam scheduling, credentialing applications, or use of the information provided.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, success stories, participant stories, exam-preparation examples, or descriptions of potential outcomes appearing on the Site or in any BCC Exam Prep materials are intended to express possibilities, opinions, or examples of what some participants may experience. They should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or representations that you will achieve the same or similar results.
CCE, BCC, and Third-Party Credentialing Responsibility
BCC Exam Prep is designed to support preparation for the Board Certified Coach exam administered through the credentialing process of the Center for Credentialing & Education.
Unless expressly stated in writing by BCC Exam Prep and supported by current written approval from CCE or another applicable credentialing body, no BCC Exam Prep course, program, certificate, training, practice-test result, simulation, score, or offering is represented as CCE-approved, BCC-approved, NBCC-approved, ICF-approved, accredited, endorsed, sponsored, guaranteed, or sufficient to satisfy credentialing, licensure, certification, continuing education, examination, or application requirements.
Credentialing and continuing education requirements may change at any time. Requirements may vary based on your degree, licensure, jurisdiction, professional background, prior training, coaching experience, credentialing pathway, application timing, and the policies of the applicable credentialing body.
You are solely responsible for confirming current CCE, BCC, licensing, certification, credentialing, continuing education, and professional requirements before enrolling, purchasing, relying on, or submitting any BCC Exam Prep course for credit, eligibility, approval, or documentation.
BCC Exam Prep does not control and is not responsible for decisions made by CCE, BCC, NBCC, ICF, licensing boards, employers, professional associations, educational institutions, testing vendors, or any other third-party organization.
Complaints and Disputes
Participants with complaints or disputes related to a BCC Exam Prep course, program, fee, refund, withdrawal, access issue, instructor, completion requirement, practice-test issue, technical issue, or other course-related matter should email:

The complaint should include the participant’s name, contact information, course or program name, date of the issue, a description of the concern, relevant supporting information, and the requested resolution.
BCC Exam Prep will review complaints in good faith and attempt to respond within a reasonable period of time. BCC Exam Prep may request additional information, consult relevant instructors or administrators, propose corrective action, or issue a written response.
Submitting a complaint does not guarantee a refund, credit, transfer, access extension, payment-plan cancellation, certificate, course-completion record, exam outcome, credentialing outcome, or other requested resolution.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to This Policy
BCC Exam Prep reserves the right to modify this Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. We may do so by posting updated policies on the Site or by making updated policies available through checkout pages, order forms, enrollment agreements, or other purchase-related materials.
Your decision to purchase any course, product, program, service, training, practice test, simulation, membership, event, or other offering, or to continue accessing or using any paid offering after such changes have been posted, constitutes your acceptance of the revised Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
