BCCExamPrep.com is a product of Unbound Education, Inc. We exist to close one specific gap: the distance between what the available BCC study materials teach and what the exam actually asks of you on test day.
Most people preparing for the Board Certified Coach exam are already capable coaches. That was never the problem.
The problem is that the exam doesn't reward recall. It rewards judgment: timed, vignette-based decision-making under ambiguity, where two answers look right and only one best preserves the coaching role. Almost nothing on the market trains that skill directly. So we built something that does.
Everything we make follows from one belief: you don't pass a judgment exam by consuming more content. You pass it by practicing the decisions the exam is actually testing, under conditions that resemble the real thing. That conviction shapes the simulator, the Crawl–Walk–Run progression, the reasoning behind every answer, and the AI Tutor that helps you think it through.

Our Founder and Lead Instructor
Our founder is a serial entrepreneur, psychologist and Harvard MBA who works at the intersection of coaching, positive psychology, adult development, and high-stakes performance. He is an executive coach, an educator, a serial entrepreneur, and the CEO of Unbound Education, Inc.
He went through the BCC certification process himself and passed, but not before noticing what so many strong candidates discover too late: the official materials orient you to the content, yet they don't train the timed, case-based judgment the exam is built to measure. He designed this program to solve exactly that, drawing on years of building structured learning systems for coaches and professionals.

His approach as lead instructor is the same one that runs through the course: respect the candidate's experience, keep the teaching efficient, and spend the majority of your time practicing disciplined, ethical decision-making, because that is what test day rewards.
The simulator's pacing and test-taking architecture were sharpened with the help of a standardized-test strategist (the founder's daughter, who aced exams like the SSAT and SAT and is now a college student), so the program understands both halves of the problem: the coaching judgment the exam demands, and the test-performance mechanics that let you show it under pressure.
What we stand for
We prepare candidates ethically. The simulator uses original, vignette-based scenarios built around the publicly published structure of the exam. It does not use confidential exam content, and it does not claim to reproduce the official test. We don't teach you to memorize protected questions; we train you to reason clearly through whatever scenario appears.
And we keep our promises grounded. We don't sell a guaranteed pass. We sell disciplined preparation, honest proof of how the program is built, and support that stays with you if you do the work.
