These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, courses, trainings, practice examinations, simulations, videos, audio recordings, written materials, downloadable resources, assessments, question banks, communities, products, services, events, or other offerings made available through the Site.
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, enrolling in, or otherwise using the Site or any BCC Exam Prep offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or enroll in our offerings.
Educational Purpose
BCC Exam Prep provides educational and professional-development materials designed to help learners prepare for the Board Certified Coach exam administered through the credentialing process of the Center for Credentialing & Education.
Our programs, courses, content, practice questions, simulations, videos, explanations, and related materials are provided for educational and exam-preparation purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, clinical, coaching-supervision, credentialing, or other licensed professional advice.
Nothing on the Site or in any course, simulation, practice activity, live session, community, or other BCC Exam Prep offering should be interpreted as creating a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, supervisory, fiduciary, credentialing, or other licensed professional relationship.
You are solely responsible for determining how to apply any information, tools, frameworks, assessments, study strategies, or practices within the scope of your own education, training, licensure, certification, professional role, jurisdiction, and ethical obligations.
Participation in or completion of any BCC Exam Prep program does not, by itself, authorize you to practice psychotherapy, counseling, psychology, medicine, social work, coaching, consulting, or any other regulated profession where licensure, certification, registration, supervision, or other legal authorization is required.
CCE, BCC, and Credentialing Disclosures
BCC Exam Prep is an independent educational exam-preparation course. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected to the Center for Credentialing & Education, the Board Certified Coach credential, NBCC, or any other credentialing body, unless expressly stated in writing on a specific course page and supported by current written authorization.
The terms Board Certified Coach, BCC, CCE, and related names may be used on the Site only to identify the credential and examination for which the course is designed to help learners prepare. Such use does not imply affiliation, endorsement, approval, sponsorship, or authorization by CCE or any credentialing body.
CCE has sole discretion and authority to determine whether an applicant satisfies BCC eligibility requirements, whether an application is accepted, whether a candidate may sit for an examination, and whether a credential is awarded.
BCC Exam Prep does not guarantee that any course, practice test, simulation, study strategy, or educational material will qualify you for the BCC credential, satisfy any credentialing requirement, result in approval to sit for the exam, produce a passing score, or result in the award of any license, certification, credential, designation, continuing education credit, employment opportunity, professional status, income, client result, or business outcome.
Credentialing requirements may change at any time and may vary depending on your education, degree, licensure, experience, jurisdiction, prior training, application timing, and credentialing pathway.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming current requirements with CCE, BCC, NBCC, ICF, licensing boards, employers, professional associations, or other credentialing bodies before enrolling in, relying on, or submitting any BCC Exam Prep program for credit, eligibility, continuing education, or credentialing purposes.
Exam-Preparation Materials and Practice Questions
BCC Exam Prep may include instructional videos, written explanations, frameworks, simulated vignettes, practice questions, timed quizzes, question banks, rationales, study strategies, downloadable resources, and related educational materials.
Our practice questions, vignettes, answer choices, rationales, and simulations are original educational materials created for study and preparation. They are not actual examination questions and should not be understood as copies, reconstructions, disclosures, or official representations of any live or past BCC examination.
Any similarity between our practice materials and actual exam content is coincidental or reflects the general nature of the subject matter, professional competencies, ethics, coaching practice, or exam-style reasoning that may be relevant to preparation.
We do not claim to know, possess, reproduce, disclose, or provide access to confidential, secure, proprietary, or nonpublic examination content.
You agree not to use the Site or course materials to violate the exam security rules, nondisclosure requirements, candidate agreements, intellectual property rights, or policies of CCE, BCC, NBCC, or any other credentialing or testing organization.
Course Information and Learning Objectives
BCC Exam Prep makes reasonable efforts to publish clear and accurate course information, which may include the course description, learning objectives, registration requirements, presenter or author qualifications, number of instructional hours where applicable, course-completion requirements, assessment requirements, certificate delivery information, accommodation instructions, and provider contact information.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable course page, checkout page, enrollment agreement, course instructions, and program materials before enrolling.
Course Completion, Assessments, and Certificates
Some BCC Exam Prep courses may require viewing course materials, completing practice activities, completing quizzes or simulations, participating in live sessions where applicable, or satisfying other course-completion requirements.
Where applicable, BCC Exam Prep may issue certificates of completion, attendance, participation, or training. A certificate of completion indicates only that the participant satisfied BCC Exam Prep’s completion criteria for that specific course or program.
A BCC Exam Prep certificate is not a license, government authorization, professional credential, CCE credential, BCC credential, board certification, continuing education approval, or guarantee of eligibility for any third-party certification, examination, continuing education credit, employment opportunity, or professional designation unless expressly stated in writing and supported by current approval from the applicable authority.
BCC Exam Prep may withhold certificates or completion documentation if a participant has not satisfied attendance, participation, assessment, payment, conduct, evaluation, or other course-completion requirements.
ADA and Disability Accommodations
BCC Exam Prep is committed to providing access to its programs in a manner consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable federal, state, and local disability laws.

BCC Exam Prep may request reasonable documentation where permitted by law. We will review accommodation requests in good faith and provide reasonable and appropriate accommodations where required by applicable law.
Because some accommodations require advance planning, late requests may limit our ability to provide the requested accommodation before the relevant course, live session, assessment, or deadline.
Non-Discrimination
BCC Exam Prep does not discriminate with respect to its services, courses, programs, or activities on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, organizational membership, or any other status protected by applicable law.
BCC Exam Prep does not require or encourage participants to accept or support any particular political or religious belief, principle, or creed.
Participant Conduct
BCC Exam Prep is committed to a respectful, ethical, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
You agree to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, students, participants, community members, and other users. You may not engage in harassment, abuse, threats, discrimination, intimidation, disruption, defamation, plagiarism, cheating, intellectual property misuse, unauthorized sharing of materials, misrepresentation of credentials, or conduct that interferes with the learning experience of others.
We reserve the right to remove, suspend, administratively withdraw, or terminate any participant from a program, course, community, event, platform, or service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the participant’s conduct is disruptive, unsafe, unethical, unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or inconsistent with BCC Exam Prep’s standards.
Confidentiality in Learning Environments
Some BCC Exam Prep programs may include reflective exercises, live discussion, case discussion, role play, community participation, or personal and professional sharing.
Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants, instructors, clients, and third parties. You agree not to disclose private, identifying, sensitive, or confidential information shared by other participants in a course, community, live session, or practice activity.
However, BCC Exam Prep cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. You should use discretion when sharing personal, client-related, clinical, business, or sensitive information in any group, course, community, or online setting.
You agree not to submit or disclose client-identifying information, protected health information, confidential third-party information, or sensitive personal information unless you have all necessary permissions and such disclosure is lawful, appropriate, and consistent with your professional obligations.
Intellectual Property
The Site and all content, materials, designs, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio recordings, course materials, downloadable resources, training frameworks, practice questions, vignettes, answer explanations, assessments, workbooks, slides, handouts, prompts, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property appearing on or made available through the Site are owned by or licensed to BCC Exam Prep and/or Unbound Education, Inc., unless otherwise stated.
All such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your purchase, registration, or enrollment gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the applicable materials for your own personal educational and professional-development purposes only, unless BCC Exam Prep expressly authorizes another use in writing.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, transmit, sell, license, create derivative works from, teach from, train from, upload to AI systems, use to train AI models, repurpose, resell, scrape, extract, or otherwise exploit any Site or course content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
Participation in a course, training, certificate program, or other offering does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You may not share login credentials, course access, downloads, recordings, slides, transcripts, workbooks, prompts, assignments, assessments, practice questions, answer explanations, community content, or other restricted materials with any third party.
Because the course includes proprietary exam-preparation materials, practice questions, rationales, simulations, and study frameworks, unauthorized copying, sharing, uploading, scraping, redistribution, or republication of course content may result in immediate termination of access and may subject you to legal action.
User Content
If you submit, upload, post, or otherwise provide content to the Site, course platform, learning community, assignment portal, discussion board, live session, or related service, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your content does not violate the rights, privacy, confidentiality, or legal interests of any third party.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant BCC Exam Prep and Unbound Education, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute such content as reasonably necessary to operate the Site, provide services, administer programs, evaluate assignments, support course participation, maintain educational records, improve offerings, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, abusive, confidential, client-identifying, protected, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Records, Evaluations, and Reporting
BCC Exam Prep may maintain records relating to course enrollment, access, participation, completion, assignments, assessments, quiz activity, certificates, payments, complaints, withdrawals, accommodations, and communications.
Where required by law, contract, payment processor rules, or applicable policy, BCC Exam Prep may maintain and disclose appropriate records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
BCC Exam Prep maintains a written complaint and dispute-resolution process for participant complaints and disputes related to BCC Exam Prep courses.

Complaints should include the participant’s name, contact information, course or program name, date of the issue, a description of the concern, relevant supporting information, and the requested resolution.
BCC Exam Prep will review complaints in good faith and attempt to respond within a reasonable period of time. Depending on the nature of the complaint, BCC Exam Prep may request additional information, consult relevant instructors or administrators, propose corrective action, or issue a written response.
Submitting a complaint does not guarantee a refund, transfer, deferral, credit, certificate, grade change, credentialing outcome, exam outcome, or other requested resolution.
Payments, Refunds, Withdrawals, and Cancellations
Purchases, tuition payments, installment plans, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, transfers, deferrals, course withdrawals, and related financial terms are governed by our Payment & Refund Policies and any program-specific checkout terms, refund policies, cancellation policies, enrollment agreements, or written purchase terms.
Unless a different refund policy is expressly stated on the applicable course sales page, checkout page, enrollment agreement, or written purchase terms, BCC Exam Prep offers a 7-calendar-day money-back guarantee for eligible digital courses and online programs.
The 7-calendar-day refund period begins on the date of purchase.
By purchasing or enrolling in any offering, you agree to the applicable payment, refund, cancellation, and withdrawal terms presented at the time of purchase or enrollment.
If a refund is issued, BCC Exam Prep may remove your access to the applicable course, program, community, digital materials, downloads, bonuses, certificates, practice tests, simulations, and related resources. You agree to delete any downloaded materials and to stop using, copying, teaching from, sharing, repurposing, or distributing refunded materials.
BCC Exam Prep reserves the right to deny a refund if we reasonably believe the refund policy is being abused, including substantial downloading, copying, scraping, or extraction of materials before requesting a refund; unauthorized sharing of materials; repeated refund requests; completion of a significant portion of the course; completion or attempted completion of substantial practice-test content; or other conduct inconsistent with the purpose of the refund policy.
Payment Plans
For some programs, courses, services, trainings, memberships, or offerings, payment plans may be made available.
When you enter into a payment plan with BCC Exam Prep, you are making a commitment to pay the full stated amount in exchange for access to the program, participation in the course, use of materials, enrollment privileges, or other services, information, or benefits.
A payment plan is not a subscription that may be canceled at will unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
If you request and receive a refund within the applicable refund period, your access may be removed and any remaining scheduled payments for that refunded purchase may be canceled.
If the applicable refund period has passed, you remain responsible for all amounts due under the payment plan, even if you choose not to participate, stop using the materials, fail to complete the program, do not obtain a desired result, do not qualify for a credential, fail an exam, postpone your exam, choose not to sit for the exam, or decide that the offering is no longer right for you.
If any payment is not made in a timely manner for any reason, BCC Exam Prep may suspend participation, revoke access to course materials, restrict access to the learning platform, pause certificate or completion eligibility, withhold completion documentation, remove community access, or otherwise limit access until the account is brought current.
Course Withdrawal

Withdrawal means that you are choosing not to continue participating in the course or program.
Withdrawal within the applicable refund period may qualify for a refund if all refund conditions are satisfied.
Withdrawal after the applicable refund period does not automatically entitle you to a refund, release you from payment obligations, preserve course access, transfer you into a later cohort, extend access deadlines, or create a credit for future use unless such rights are expressly stated in the applicable program-specific written terms or approved by BCC Exam Prep in writing.
If a program-specific withdrawal deadline, deferral option, credit option, access-extension option, or refund schedule is provided on the sales page, checkout page, enrollment agreement, or written purchase terms, that program-specific policy controls.
BCC Exam Prep may administratively withdraw a participant from a course or program for nonpayment, violation of participant conduct expectations, unauthorized sharing of materials, violation of confidentiality, misrepresentation of credentialing status, disruption of the learning environment, misuse of practice-test content, or other conduct inconsistent with BCC Exam Prep’s policies.
Administrative withdrawal does not relieve the participant of outstanding payment obligations.
Failed Payments, Collections, and Chargebacks
If a scheduled payment fails, is declined, is reversed, or is otherwise not received, BCC Exam Prep may attempt to reprocess the payment using the payment method on file, contact you for updated payment information, suspend access, or take other lawful steps to collect amounts owed.
You agree to keep your payment information current and to notify us promptly if your payment method changes.
If you dispute a valid charge, initiate a chargeback, reverse a payment, or otherwise attempt to avoid payment for an amount properly owed, BCC Exam Prep reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to programs, materials, communities, certificates, events, and other services while the matter is reviewed.
You agree to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Chargebacks or payment disputes do not cancel your payment obligations unless the dispute is resolved in your favor by the applicable payment processor, card issuer, court, or by written agreement with BCC Exam Prep.
Links to Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, services, tools, payment processors, learning platforms, credentialing bodies, or resources that are not owned or controlled by BCC Exam Prep or Unbound Education, Inc.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, availability, accuracy, security, decisions, requirements, or representations of any third-party websites or services. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
We encourage you to review the terms, privacy policies, and current requirements of any third-party site, platform, credentialing body, or service you visit.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content, materials, programs, courses, trainings, practice questions, simulations, communities, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCC Exam Prep and Unbound Education, Inc. disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, and suitability for credentialing, licensure, certification, examination, business, income, clinical, personal, professional, or educational outcomes.
We do not guarantee that the Site, learning platform, community, video platform, payment platform, practice-test platform, or any related service will be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCC Exam Prep, Unbound Education, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, faculty, affiliates, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, participation in any program, reliance on any content, inability to access the Site or services, credentialing decisions by third parties, exam outcomes, loss of income, loss of business opportunity, professional consequences, participant conduct, or failure to obtain a desired result.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site, content, materials, programs, or services is to discontinue use of the Site and services, subject to applicable payment obligations and refund policies.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BCC Exam Prep, Unbound Education, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, faculty, affiliates, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, misuse of materials, unauthorized sharing of content, professional conduct, services you provide to clients or third parties, violation of applicable law, violation of credentialing or examination rules, or infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, administratively withdraw, or terminate your access to the Site, course materials, programs, communities, platforms, certificates, or related services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, misused our materials, disrupted the learning environment, failed to meet payment obligations, acted unlawfully or unethically, violated confidentiality, misrepresented credentialing status, violated exam-security expectations, or engaged in conduct we deem inappropriate, unsafe, discriminatory, or harmful.
Termination of access does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
BCC Exam Prep reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on the Site unless otherwise stated.
